Arthur has over 35 years’ post registration experience in urban valuation, with the past 25 years being in private practice.
He joined Somervilles in 2000, bringing to the firm a depth of experience in commercial and industrial valuation and, in particular, specialisation within the industrial sector, the wider suburban commercial market and fringe Central Business District areas. Arthur also has experience appearing as an expert witness and has held arbitrator and umpire appointments in valuation disputes. Arthur has served on the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and is a Fellow Member of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Property Institute of New Zealand.
